Shipping

Pre-made products are processed within 1-2 business days. Once the courier receives the package, the estimated shipping time is 7-10 business days. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties applied by their country. All orders are shipped from Guangzhou, China, where we privately manufacture in-house.

As your custom made garments are shipped internationally, we appreciate your patience during the delivery process.

Care Instructions

Due to the unique designs, fabric combinations, and treatments of our 1-of-1 garments, proper care is essential to maintain their quality.

• Washing: Turn garments inside out, wash with cold water, and hang to dry.
• Wash white garments separately from colored items to avoid possible dye bleeding.
• Avoid Shrinkage: Do not use warm water, as this may cause shrinkage. Most of our garments are not pre-shrunk.
• Special Cases: For garments requiring special care, we recommend professional dry cleaning
• Delicate Designs: If you own a garment with special applications, we also recommend using a fishnet bag with a zipper for laundry. After turning the garment inside out and using the bag, this may prevent any possible damages.

By following these guidelines, you can ensure the longevity and durability of your garments.

Sizing

We include detailed size charts for products as the last image in each product listing or measurements are located in the description. To ensure the best fit, we recommend comparing the measurements with a similar piece of clothing you already own.
• Chest Width: Measured from armpit to armpit.
• Body Length: Measured from the top of the garment to the bottom.

Please note that as we release new concepts and styles, measurements may vary between garments.
