Estimated shipping time is 9–12 business days.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties applied by their country.

All orders are shipped from Guangzhou, China, where we privately manufacture in-house.

As your custom-made garments are shipped internationally, we appreciate your patience during the delivery process.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or other issues caused by the shipping carrier.

If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we are unable to intervene, as the address information is submitted directly by the customer during the order process.
